What We Offer

Below is a list of what to expect from our Great Karoo Escape trip.

  • $3500 USD.

  • – Airport Transfers from Gqeberha (PLZ) to Graaff-Reinet and from Cape Town to Cape Town International Airport (CPT)

    – All transfers. Except on Day 9 if guests decide to stay in the Winelands for the day.

    – All Bike assembly, care and maintainance (limited Service Course available) incl. bike washes.

    – Transport of all Luggage (Specifications TBA)

    – Spares. A Service Course with a limited inventory will be provided. (Specifications TBA). Please bring personal preference of spares in personal luggage.

    – Road To Desolation Gravel Race Entry

    – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Except for the transfer day on day 9.

    – All accommodation.

    – All drinks. Excluding additional alcoholic beverages.

    – All sports nutrition and snacks on the riding days.

    – Transport of Bike Bag or Box from Graaff-Reinet to Cape Town.

    – Laundry of bike clothes (on certain days)

    – A digital folder of high res photographs from the trip shot by a few professional photographers.

  • – Flights and transfers to and from the trip.

    – All personal medical and travel insurance.

    – Accommodation Pre/Post Trip

    – Additional alcoholic beverages not included on our list.

    – Bikes. But please refer to our FAQ section or reach ou. Bike rentals are available in a limited supply at an additional cost.

  • – A bike. Unless you are booking a bike with us.

    – Personal spares. Please bring anything specific to you or your bike. You can store it in your personal luggage.

    – Riding Clothes. At least 2/3 sets. Laundry is available on certain days at no extra cost. Additional laundry of personal cloths will be charged for.

    – Casual Clothes. Dress for the season. We will advise.
